renée kay (they/them) is a queer poet in new york by way of many beautiful and strange places. their work explores mental health, trauma, memory, family, presence, and the way everything collides with everything. on summer days, you can find them sitting on sidewalks cheering for the weeds insisting on bursting through the cracks. they work at Brooklyn Poets.
